After unexpected delays, SMZC's annual Summer Practice Period began Wednesday, August 10th. Register via the Event Calendar to attend all upcoming Ango events on site or online this month. Please email your commitment form to office@smzc.org. Shuso will review it this week and will arrange an interview by zoom, phone, or in person.

Sheryl Gyonyo Hamilton
Sheryl has been a student of vipassana and Christian contemplative prayer since 1993. Most of her teachers have been trees and rocks. She has been a student of Kwong-roshi since 2016 and took jukai in 2019. She lives in British Columbia, Canada with her husband, their two sons, a couple of dogs, and a tortoise.
