Outdoor, Nature Scavenger Hunt & Mochi Decorating! Register your children to partake in on the kid’s day. This mindful activity connects kids with the natural elements of earth through the senses of touching, seeing, smelling and hearing. We’ll finish with a fun, yummy mochi snack to decorate in honor of Christmas.

Taylor Tessendore, Host: Taylor is a child therapist and emotional wellness child coach who has studied mindfulness meditation practices for a decade. She holds a Master's of Science in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy. She is passionate about integrating interpersonal neurobiology, Buddhist psychology, somatic experiencing, and meditation into her work. For the last fifteen years, Taylor has mentored, taught, and counseled culturally diverse children in school settings. She is deeply connected with her purpose to share the power mindfulness meditation has in transforming and positively impacting a child’s well-being.

Currently, Taylor lives in Santa Rosa where she’ll begin training towards Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher to bring the practices of yoga to children and teens.
