Summer Ango Shuso - Gyonyo (Form of Reality) Sheryl Gyonyo Hamilton Sheryl has been a student of vipassana and Christian contemplative prayer since 1993. Most of her teachers have been trees and rocks. She has been a student of Kwong-roshi since 2016 and took jukai in 2019.
