Community Gathering & Potluck: Wildfires Dedication: 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Members as well as the public are invited to the Zen Center for a day of reflection honoring those that have lost their lives, the firefighters, police, first responders, and those that have been affected by the wildfires of Northern California. We will have meditation, a silent walk bearing witness to the fire damaged area of our temple's land, offerings/ceremony at Shunryu Suzuki's memorial and ending with a sumptuous informal buffet potluck lunch. Sharing Dharma, our personal experiences of the wildfire and food.
Please bring a good dish to share as an offering of good health and healing for everyone!
